2. Product Accuracy & Pricing
We strive to ensure book details, syllabus editions, ISBNs, and pricing are accurate. However, errors in publication year, page counts, or pricing may occasionally occur. We reserve the right to correct any typographical inaccuracies and cancel orders placed for products with erroneous price points prior to dispatch.
All prices listed are in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable Goods and Services Tax (GST). Delivery charges, if applicable for orders below ₹499, are displayed prior to final checkout confirmation.
3. Orders, Dispatch & Delivery
Upon placing an order online or via our authorized WhatsApp order channel, you will receive an electronic confirmation. Dispatch typically takes place within 24 business hours from our central fulfillment facility.
Delivery timelines (typically 2 to 6 business days) are estimates provided by third-party logistics partners. Book Pitara shall not be held liable for delayed deliveries resulting from courier strikes, extreme weather occurrences, natural disasters, or regional holidays.
4. Returns, Replacements & Refunds
All physical book orders are backed by our 7-Day Replacement Guarantee. If you receive a defective print, blank pages, transit damage, or wrong book title, please notify our support team within 7 calendar days of delivery.

5. Intellectual Property
All website design, graphics, custom artwork, logos, code, and compilations on Book Pitara are the exclusive property of Book Pitara. Book cover artwork, trademarks, publisher logos, and book contents belong entirely to their respective copyright holders and publishers.
6. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of India. Any disputes arising in connection with orders or services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in New Delhi, India.
